Another Record-Breaking Sale for the Alexanian’s

We are excited to announce our recent closing on January 16, 2020, of 730 Doran St, Glendale, CA 91203 encompassing 20 units. Doran Lofts sold for $12,600,000 ALL CASH.  $630,000 per unit and $416.52 per sq.ft.

The well-known Doran lofts traded for the 2nd time since being built and we are happy to be a part of both transactions, representing sellers & buyers on both occasions as well. The uniqueness associated with this asset required a specific buyer. Greg Alexanian was able to identify an a 1031 Tax-Exchange investor who was relocating equity from the sale of a large piece of land in the state of Washington.  The private investor, who controls over 2,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space, was particularly keen on the construction grade and proximity to Americana at Brand.

The buyer remains undisclosed.
