Another Record-Breaking Sale for the Alexanian’s

We are excited to announce our recent closing on September 17th,2020  for 457 W Dryden St in Glendale. Encompassing 9 units + a commercial space. Dryden sold for $4,060,000.

The Alexanian’s were chosen to exclusively list the asset in May, during the difficult times of COVID-19, with rent freezes, eviction ban, banks not lending. The market was on a downturn with uncertainty at the forefront. Having the deepest pool of qualified buyers and a laser-accurate marketing system, we engaged a very direct and specific outreach, geared to long term investors.

Secured our own buyer who not only met the expectations of the seller, but was prepared to close ahead of time, and setting the HIGHEST Price Per unit for 1960’s construction both before and during COVID.  

The buyer remains undisclosed.
